Why retail
Indian retail employs over 50 million people and is one of the fastest-growing job markets in the country. Yet most hiring still happens through paper resumes, walk-ins, and WhatsApp chains. Generic job boards aren't built for it.
We built HiringManager because store owners deserve better than 200 unfiltered CVs. And retail talent deserves real jobs from real businesses — not commission-only scams and broker fees.
How we're different
- Verified on both sides. Employers are checked against GST and business records. Candidates have profiles reviewed for accuracy.
- Hyperlocal by default. We match by pincode, not by city. A store in Indiranagar gets candidates from Indiranagar.
- Language-first. We collect spoken languages on every profile. Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Telugu, and more.
- Built for mobile. Most candidates apply from a phone. Most employers shortlist from a phone. We built for that, not for desktop.
